Add Pollio as an OpenAI connection.

Uses the OpenAI Chat Completions API. Open WebUI docs

In Settings › Admin › Connections, add a connection under OpenAI API with these values, then Verify Connection.

Model IDs is under Advanced, and only needed if Pollio's model list doesn't load. If it runs in Docker, 127.0.0.1 is the container itself: for the private setup, use host.docker.internal instead.
